The Estimator

The Estimator is a complete construction project manager, designed to help estimate, budget and follow expenses throughout the construction process. Conveniently located in one Google Sheet file, The Estimator will calculate a proposed cost of the project based on a few entries such as total slab, living area, types and pitch of roofs, exterior walls, ect... The Estimator will keep track of budgets for each phase of construction, Checks written, and even calculate change orders for custom homes. Also within The Estimator is a project timeline, a checklist, and a "Notes" section for project managers. The Estimator allows builders to create a digital file for each construction project, but is printer friendly for filing cabinets if desired....Updates will be free for all versions of 4.** or up to one year from purchase.
